They are looking for a Helpdesk Agent with a Native/High level of Dutch for the project they have about theme parks. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, helping to resolve customer needs while providing exceptional service.
How will your day by day be?
-You will receive incoming customer calls through phone, email, chat, and other platforms.
-You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
-You will provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of the users.
-You will maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
