Customer Representative - Dutch Market ( Fashion brand )

We are currently looking for a Fashion Advisor with native level of Dutch and fluent level of English.

Main tasks

-Attend customer posts in Social Networks.
-Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our Client
-Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
-Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
-Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
-To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
-Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
-Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

We offer

-Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term contract
-Schedule (rotating): Monday - Friday from 11:00 to 20:00 + 1 Saturday rotative per month 09:00 to 18:00
-Salary: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1440 € gross/year, up to 120€ gross/month
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

Requirements

- Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English
- Goal and customer service oriented
- Deep knowledge of Social Media Platforms
- Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Marketing studies is a plus
