Your responsibilities and impact:

  • Engage in outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online chats.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, delivery status, and invoice concerns.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drive sales through a sales-oriented approach.


REQUIREMENTS

Skills, qualifications and interest you need to succeed in this role:

  • Norwegian native, English fluent
  • Team player with excellent listening skills
  • Being a strong, positive communicator
  • Proficient in using computer systems and comfortable with different software applications.
  • Stress-resistant and remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring a great customer experience
  • Sales-oriented mindset 
  • No previous experience needed
  • Having a valid Spanish work permit or a citizenship that allows you to work in an EU country
