Your responsibilities and impact:
- Engage in outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online chats.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, delivery status, and invoice concerns.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Drive sales through a sales-oriented approach.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills, qualifications and interest you need to succeed in this role:
- Norwegian native, English fluent
- Team player with excellent listening skills
- Being a strong, positive communicator
- Proficient in using computer systems and comfortable with different software applications.
- Stress-resistant and remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring a great customer experience
- Sales-oriented mindset
- No previous experience needed
- Having a valid Spanish work permit or a citizenship that allows you to work in an EU country
