We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our Portuguese market.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
Provide accurate and timely information
Follow company guidelines and procedures
Work effectively as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements

C2 level of Portufuese
C1 level of English or Spanish
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work night shift hours
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
OFFER
What we offer

38.5 hours/week. Day schedules between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, from Monday to Sunday
Salary: €18.065 gross/year - Temporary contract
