DESCRIPTION

Do you have strong communication skills (Dutch / Flemish), and would you like to work in an international environment, assisting Dutch-speaking customers? This is your chance, because we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen our Customer Service team in the amazing area of Valencia (part-time as well as full-time)!

 

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)
  • Giving advice and providing solutions
  • Maintaining a good customer relationship
  • Making sure that all issues are solved and documented

  • Discipline, accuracy and reliability
  • Respectful and positive attitude towards customers

  • Ability to express yourself in a coherent and concise manner

REQUIREMENTS

What you need:

  • Native level of Dutch or Flemish
  • Good level of English
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
