At Foundever, we are looking for Customer Service Agents with native or C2-level Dutch to join an exclusive project representing one of the world’s most prestigious premium and sports car brands.

Your responsibilities
• Handle and manage enquiries from high-end customers
• Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
• Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools
• Represent a premium brand while consistently meeting high quality standards
What we offer
• Temporary replacement contract
• Full-time position: 39 hours per week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 07:30 and 20:00
• Salary: €20,000 gross per year, with growth opportunities
• Fully paid initial training (3 weeks)
- Training schedule: 09:00 – 18:00
- Start date: ASAP
Requirements
• Dutch at C2 level or native
• Advanced English (minimum B2)
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
• Experience with ticketing or CRM tools is a plus
