DESCRIPTION
Are you experienced on the phone and are you looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for creating the top of the funnel by prospecting, reviewing, calling, emailing, and reaching out to potential leads. You will work closely with the Sales Specialists to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within designated markets.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
- Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
Requirements
- B2B Sales experience required (at least a year)
- Native level of Dutch & fluent English (B2)
- University Degree is a plus
- Healthy ambition to stand out and achieve goals
- Working and collaborating as a team
- Good communication skills
