Looking for a new international opportunity in Portugal?
We are currently looking for French native speakers with fluent English to join a young and international team in different offices in Portugal. This is an on-site position in a customer service environment, supporting well-known international brands.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
- Resolve customer complaints/issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Represent the brand in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Manage phone and written interactions in a high-paced call center environment
You will work within a dynamic and multicultural environment, offering you the opportunity to gain valuable international experience and work with well-known global brands.
REQUIREMENTS
Your profile:
- Language: French native level + English level B2 at least
- Citizenship that allows you to work in EU or a valid Portuguese residence permit
- Minimum high school diploma
- Clear police record
- Service-oriented mindset
OFFER
What is offered:
- Contract duration: 1 year (with possibility of renewal)
- Salary: €1,040 - €1,240 gross/month
