Streaming Platform
Tasks:
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Danish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
- Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-20:00, Weekends: 10:00-20:00
Task inbound call, offer addtional values for existing customers
Possibility to sell to interested clients after dealing with the main issue
