DESCRIPTION

You will work for the Belgian telecom market, what offers a wide range of services such as fixed and mobile telephony, internet and digital TV.

 

Responsibilities:

- support customers who have questions regarding these telecom services.

- handle administrative and technical questions by phone, email and social media.

When you are fully trained and have experience in both administrative and technical support, you can also be deployed to handle questions via other channels such as social media or email.

 

Requirements

You enjoy helping people and can handle situations where patience and customer focus are key.

 

Training

An in-office training program is provided:

- 2 weeks of administrative training

- 2 weeks of technical training once quality with respect to administrative support is achieved

 

Working hours

Shifts will be split Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am and 6pm Your hours will always be spread over 5 days.
