As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance with their inquiries.
You will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments as necessary
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or a related field is considered a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with customer service software and tools is a plus
