We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support multiple international projects in a shared environment. This is a contractor, part-time position with flexible scheduling.
You will be assisting customers across different industries, including consumer products, digital services, and e-mobility solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support
- Answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their requests
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
- Following project-specific processes and quality standards
- Supporting different projects within the UCC portfolio as business needs evolve
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C2 level) language skills, both spoken and written
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
- Confidence using computers and online tools
- Previous customer service or call center experience
