  • You are responsible for assisting business mobility users with operational questions about the use of products.
  • You are responsible for the quality and service level.
  • Incoming Call Handling: Supportive calls around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
  • You identify common questions and gaps in processes and make improvement suggestions.
  • Processing incoming emails: From drivers of lease vehicles and answering supportive inquiries around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
  • Outbound Call Handling: Appointment organization calls
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient level of Dutch speaker
  • EU citizen
  • Interested in working and living in Lisbon, Portugal
  • Good communication skills
