DESCRIPTION

Our client is a really exciting multinational company located in Portugal.

As a Customer Service Agent you will:
- You will provide customer service to patients/clients in accordance with the company's defined service and quality standards.
-You will accurate record all requests, complaints, or inquiries in the system, and escalate them to the appropriate department or person   when necessary.
- You will conduct all outbound calls as defined by the company.
- You will ensure data accuracy, security, and protection.
- You will perform complementary administrative tasks.
-You will work in rotating shifts. 
REQUIREMENTS
You are the perfect candidate if you have : 

- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service and administrative roles of a similar nature.
- You have a strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- You have a fluent level  in German and English.
- You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- You have the ability to handle conflict situations effectively.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and availability.
