Customer Service with Native level of Dutch

Do you have strong communication skills (Dutch + English), and would you like to work in an international environment, providing B2B assistance in your native language? Then this is your chance. 

 

Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!

 

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • You will provide solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
  • You will assist customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
  • You will troubleshooting reported issues
  • You will maintain a good customer relationship
REQUIREMENTS

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • You have excellent level of English (written and spoken)
  • You have native level of Dutch (written and spoken)
  • You have tech-savvy: the ability to work with different IT systems and programs (plus.)
  • You have flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
  • You have Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must.
