Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social Media
Management of consumer requests relating to Information and or complaints
Providing excellent solutions, and service
Salary: 1.300-1.400€ per month
Monthly bonus depends on project
Full-time position, working hours depend on project
REQUIREMENTS
Friendly, patient and professional attitude
Fluent in German and English
Reliable team-player
Ability to move to Greece
OFFER
Flight is paid AND the first 4 months of accommodation.
It is possible to work from the office in Athens or remote within Greece.
