DESCRIPTION

What you’ll do:

You will play a key role in supporting the successful launch and growth of operations in Portugal for one of our high-profile technology clients, recognized for its cutting-edge platform, software solutions, and global presence.

 

As a Customer Support Representative – PCI Compliance, you’ll help the client protect their customers’ payment data by guiding them through the PCI-DSS process – a set of industry rules designed to prevent credit card fraud and ensure secure handling of cardholder information.

 

Don’t worry - you’ll receive full training to become confident in helping users understand and follow each step!

 

Your main tasks:

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Guide them through the PCI compliance platform and explain what to do
  • Make sure they understand why PCI matters and how to complete their tasks
  • Solve most issues during the first contact
  • Recommend services that could help their business, when appropriate
  • Stay calm and respectful, even in challenging conversations
REQUIREMENTS

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support (call center is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Positive attitude and team mindset
  • Reliable and flexible working hours
  • Availability to work on site
