DESCRIPTION

Are you deeply enthusiastic about the automotive sector? Are you fluent in German and possess a strong command of English? Responsabilities:

  • Handling incoming calls in German from the hotline;
  • Addressing inquiries from German market buyers and responding to them through various communication channels;
  • Regularly liaising with multiple internal departments, as well as collaborating with fellow colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least a High School Diploma (mandatory);
  • Experience in a call center (required);
  • Native German speaker;
  • Advanced English skills (C1);
  • Resilience and commitment to the project;
  • Knowledge/interest in cars (an advantage).

  • €5,20 meal allowance per working day;
