Responsabilities:
- Handling incoming calls in German from the hotline;
- Addressing inquiries from German market buyers and responding to them through various communication channels;
- Regularly liaising with multiple internal departments, as well as collaborating with fellow colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a High School Diploma (mandatory);
- Experience in a call center (required);
- Native German speaker;
- Advanced English skills (C1);
- Resilience and commitment to the project;
- Knowledge/interest in cars (an advantage).
