Customer Support in Tourism - Dutch

Are you fluent in Dutch, live in Porto, and would like to get in touch with the tourism market and help it grow? This is the job for you!

We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, fluent in Dutch and English to provide support for the Dutch market. You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experience.

Responsabilities:

• Assisting the customer through several channels regarding his reservations;
• Providing information with regards to products/services available;
• Embodying the best the company has to offer.

• Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
• Good knowledge of English;
• High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
• Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
• Excellent customer care skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner;
• Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory.

• Salary: 1800€ gross/month (base salary of 1.600€ + dutch language bonus of 200€)
• Meal allowance of 6€ net per working day (approx. 132,00€ net per month)
• Schedule from 08am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday
