About the Role

As an Operations Customer Expert – Short Video Content Moderator, you will join a multilingual team responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on a leading social media platform.

You will assess videos, images, comments, posts, and audio, ensuring that content complies with community standards, platform policies, and applicable regulations.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Czech-speaking professional with strong English skills who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Review and evaluate user-generated content according to established guidelines.

Identify and remove content that violates platform policies.

Moderate comments, posts, videos, images, and other forms of digital content.

Manage user interactions and review appeals where required.

Apply appropriate labels and classifications to content.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and platform standards.

Document moderation decisions and report emerging trends or recurring issues.

Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams on complex cases.

Stay up to date with changing policies and moderation guidelines.

Work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

Fluent Czech and strong English, both written and spoken.

Excellent attention to detail and strong reading comprehension.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to follow detailed guidelines and make objective decisions.

Comfortable working independently in a structured environment.

Adaptability and willingness to learn frequent policy updates.

Professional approach when handling sensitive or potentially distressing content.

Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, social media, or a related field is an advantage.
