They constantly invest in research and development to get a deeper understanding of customers’ thoughts, behaviors, and needs.
The Position
As a Customer Service Agent based in Greece, you will work together with your team to handle customer inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. After completing the initial on-site training in Athens, you will continue working from the office location assigned to your project.
The role involves handling and responding to end-users’ requests through multiple contact channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly, while also performing accurate data entry and working with various internal software systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Czech, upper-intermediate English
Customer support experience
Proficient technical support knowledge
Positive & flexible attitude
Ability to deal calmly with a frustrated customer
Willingness to learn
