CZ/SK Speaking Mall Finance Associate

The Finance team consists of more than 100 multilingual colleagues providing services for the Czech, Slovak & Hungarian markets.

• Periodic closure activities
• Calculating the leasing rent, turnover, and other charges according to our contracts
• Updating the mall management system such as deposits, guarantees, indexation, etc.
• Creating periodical accruals
• Handling emails from tenants, stakeholders and actively take part on audit

• At least 1 year of experience in Finance (preferably in AR)
• Upper-Intermediate Czech or Slovak knowledge
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Tax knowledge is a plus
• Analytical skills
