
DESCRIPTION
The Finance team consists of more than 100 multilingual colleagues providing services for the Czech, Slovak & Hungarian markets.
- Periodic closure activities
- Calculating the leasing rent, turnover, and other charges according to our contracts
- Updating the mall management system such as deposits, guarantees, indexation, etc.
- Creating periodical accruals
- Handling emails from tenants, stakeholders and actively take part on audit
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance (preferably in AR)
- Upper-Intermediate Czech or Slovak knowledge
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Tax knowledge is a plus
- Analytical skills
