Customer support role:
Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist with inquiries, issues, and account-related questions
Deliver clear and professional communication at all times
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Content moderation:
Review and moderate online content to ensure it follows platform guidelines
Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
Make quick and accurate decisions based on company policies
Help maintain a safe and positive online environment
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Danish (C1–C2)
Good English (B2+)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate to Greece or Portugal
Previous customer support or content moderation experience is a plus
