  • Provide top-tier technical support for a global streaming platform
  • Solve contract and billing questions with speed and precision
  • Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a touch of magic
  • Support both B2B and B2C clients—first and second-line inbound calls
  • Make outbound calls for admin tasks like feedback collection and payment reminders
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring to the Table
  • Danish at C1 level (spoken & written)
  • English at B2 level
  • Solid tech skills—MS Office, browsers, and general computer know-how
  • Positive vibes and a love for connecting with people
  • A natural flair for soft selling and upselling
