Location: Malta

Role: Danish-speaking Croupier

Salary: €1,958 gross per month, plus monthly performance bonuses of up to €1,000 gross. You will also receive an additional allowance for hours worked during night shifts.

Working hours: 40 hours per week in a 24/7 operation. You will work eight-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including some late and night shifts. The usual schedule is four days on followed by two days off.

Relocation support: Your flight to Malta will be booked and paid for by the company. You will also receive 2 weeks of accommodation in a company apartment upon arrival, as well as extensive support with finding your own long-term accommodation.

The company is renowned for its innovative technology, modern studios and high-quality live streaming, creating a seamless and immersive experience for players worldwide. For its studio in sunny Malta, the company is looking for Danish-speaking Online Croupiers.

As an Croupier, you will be the friendly face presenting live casino games to Danish-speaking players from the company’s professional studio in Malta. Similar to a TV presenter, you will host games such as roulette and blackjack live on camera while interacting with players through a live chat system. Your role is to create a welcoming, entertaining and engaging experience during every gaming session. You will spend most of your working day in front of the camera, so this opportunity is ideal if you are outgoing, enthusiastic, friendly and comfortable speaking on camera.

No previous casino experience is required. You will receive comprehensive training covering the rules of the games, how to present them professionally and how to feel confident in front of the camera.

• A good command of English
• Ability to adapt and able to manage unexpected situations while maintaining the game's momentum
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits

 The annual basic gross salary is around 23,500 Euros. Apart from base salary, there are bonuses to be earned - expect to earn bonuses after completing training. Monthly bonuses can be up to 1,000 EUR p/m. Additional top up for night shift hrs.
