For one of our clients – a long-term BPO partner delivering customer experience and digital
support solutions for global clients in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking
for – Junior Digital Products Assistant with Danish.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;
*Provide friendly and efficient non-technical troubleshooting;
*Guide users through basic digital product and service issues;
*Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups;
*Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
*Fluency in  Danish, plus very good English;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
*Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude;
*Basic computer literacy and typing skills;
*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
