Join our dynamic team as a Danish-Speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist – Ads, where you’ll help Danish businesses grow through effective digital advertising solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, onboard new clients, develop long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance and revenue.

Your Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Advisory
Welcome and onboard new clients, understanding their business objectives and advertising needs.
Advise clients on effective PPC and Ads strategies to achieve both immediate and long-term results.
Build trust and establish yourself as a strategic partner throughout the customer journey.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Conduct outbound calls to Danish businesses and identify new sales opportunities.
Increase advertising spend through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and maximize revenue potential.
Confidently handle objections and communicate the value and ROI of advertising solutions.
Danish Market Engagement
Develop a strong understanding of the Danish business and digital advertising landscape.
Identify high-growth businesses and potential future market leaders.
Adapt your sales approach to Danish business culture, customer expectations, and market needs.
Account & CRM Management
Manage a high volume of customer accounts and potential clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems.
Use data and customer insights to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
Performance & Relationship Management
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Respond promptly to customer questions and provide effective solutions.
Adapt quickly to changing customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
What We're Looking For
Danish: C2/native-level proficiency.
English: C1 level or above.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or a related commercial environment is preferred.
Proven ability to work toward and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
Comfortable conducting outbound sales calls and handling challenging conversations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM systems and digital business tools.
Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow.
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
Resilient, proactive, adaptable, and motivated by results.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of:
Danish business culture and professional etiquette.
The Danish digital marketing and advertising ecosystem.
