Your Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Assist customers with completing orders on the website
Contribute to creating value for customers, clients, and colleagues
Your Profile
- Fluent in Danish and good English skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Able to stay calm and structured in busy situations
- Positive, open-minded, and willing to learn
