Our client is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus!

As a customer support agent, you will work with advertising, customer support, customer retention, and data analysis. What will you do?

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Create and maintain customer accounts by registering account information
• Resolve product and service issues by identifying the problem, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Follow communication procedures and policies
• Engage with customers and deliver excellent service

Requirements:

• Fluent in Danish and good command of English
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required – full training is provided
• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various situations
• Good general IT skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Capable of working both independently and in a team
