Are you a native Danish speaker and ready to start a new experience on beautiful Crete? We have a great opportunity for you with housing included at this amazing location!

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Advisor for the Zalando project in Chania. You’ll be assisting customers with everything from return inquiries to order tracking—while living and working on one of Greece’s most vibrant islands. Enjoy a full relocation package and stay in a free company-provided apartment!

What will you do?
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Zalando orders
  • Assist with product questions, returns, and order tracking
  • Issue return labels and follow up with refund status
  • Guide users on navigating the Zalando website
  • Resolve invoice and payment-related questions
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey

Candidate profile
  • Native or near-native level of Danish
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong soft skills and active listening abilities
  • Confident, empathetic, and positive communicator
  • Able to work in shifts, Monday–Sunday between 09:00–21:00
  • Good multitasking and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with data entry and using software systems
