The Role

Candidate Profile
- Native or near-native level of Dutch
- Good command of English, minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts if required
