The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers through various communication channels. You will handle inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile
- Native or near-native level of Dutch
- Good command of English, minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts if required
