Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and chats from Netflix customers regarding account issues, billing inquiries, and technical problems
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve their issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the Tier 2 team (in English)
  • Provide information about Netflix services, subscription plans, and account setup
  • Use the Netflix Knowledge Base to offer quick solutions and answers to customer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

Your Profile

  • Language skills: Dutch (C2 level), English (B2 level)
  • Technical proficiency: Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Skills:
  • Advanced active listening and engagement
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and confident in assisting users with technical issues

  • Salary: €1,300 per month
  • Performance bonus: Up to €145 based on monthly performance
  • Relocation package: Assistance provided for moving to Athens
  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 00:00 (rotating shifts)
