  • Handling incoming phone calls, chats and emails regarding:
  • Invoices & reminders
  • Payments (payment plans, costs for deferred payments)
  • Rate changes
  • Complaint handling (overcharged, overpaid)
  • Retention
  • General questions about contracts (start/end date)
  • Relocation requests
  • Responding to both practical and emotional customer needs
  • Reporting to the team leader
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Secondary school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Languages: Native Dutch (spoken and written) and communicative English
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong PC skills
  • Excellent writing skills with good structure and vocabulary
  • Empathy, self-confidence, multitasking, strong communication skills, flexibility and motivation
