DESCRIPTION
What will you do? 
  • Log all inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records
  • Perform technical troubleshooting with customers
  • Support customer orders by providing relevant information
  • Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell 
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
  • Native-level Dutch with fluent English (C1)
  • Willingness to work in Lisbon, Portugal
  • EU citizenship or valid Work VISA
  • Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
