As a Customer or Technical Support Agent, you will represent a Belgian company that is part of a large international group.

REQUIREMENTS
About You
You communicate professionally and are solution-oriented
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English
You perform well under pressure and remain focused on the customer, even during busy periods
You are eager to learn, quick to absorb information, and able to work independently
Customer satisfaction is always your top priority
Previous experience in customer service is a strong plus
