DESCRIPTION
What will you do?
- Being the point of contact for trucks of minimum 3.5 tons
- Answering directly to drivers, transport and logistics companies
- Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
- Clarifying questions related to roads across the Netherlands
- Assisting with registration, onboard unit orders, and payments
- Ensuring revenue collection
- Handling debt communication
- Supporting service sales when applicable
- Providing accurate, efficient, and empathetic customer support
- Contributing to the achievement of project objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
