Responsibilities:
- Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – phone, email and chat;
- Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
- Providing pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
- Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience;
- Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
- Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level of Dutch
- Fluent level of English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus.
- Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
- At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
- European citizenship or work permit for Portugal
