Our client is looking for Dutch-speaking candidates who want to live and work in Portugal while gaining experience in an international customer service environment. In this role, you will support customers for well-known international brands and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Full training is provided, so this can be a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their international career.

Your tasks may include:

Handling inbound and outbound customer contacts
Logging interactions and updating customer records
Providing support regarding orders, accounts, and service-related questions
Performing basic technical troubleshooting
Following up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution
Building professional and empathetic customer relationships
Identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities when relevant

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum C1 level in Dutch
Good level of English
Valid EU passport
High school diploma or higher education diploma
Clean criminal record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Motivation to live and work in Portugal
Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
