About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support & User Enablement Representative to help deliver an outstanding user experience. In this role, you will be the voice of the platform, supporting users, resolving issues, and guiding them to get the most value from the marketplace. You will play a key role in building trust, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently across multiple channels
  • Investigate and resolve user issues with accuracy and empathy
  • Educate users on platform features, policies, and best practices
  • Help improve the user journey by identifying recurring issues and trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance usability and service quality

Requirements
  • Native-level or fluent Dutch (C1+)
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction

Offer
  • Total monthly salary: €1,920
  • Two yearly bonuses of €920 each
