The Role

As part of the Dutch-speaking customer support team, you’ll support customers with existing services and products. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on solution-oriented support.

You will manage questions related to orders, products, deliveries, and general customer inquiries. The focus is on clear communication, problem-solving, and delivering consistent service quality.


Responsibilities

  • Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, products, returns, and deliveries
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems


Profile

Native Dutch speaker

Clear and professional communication skills

Calm, structured, and solution-focused

Organized and detail-oriented

Team-oriented with a responsible work attitude

Customer support experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
