Your Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with order tracking, returns, payments, and troubleshooting.

Maintain a strong professional relationship with clients and ensure high-quality service.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services when appropriate.

✔ Fluent Dutch (C2) & English (C1)

✔ Previous experience in customer service (preferred)

✔ EU Passport (required)

✔ A positive, can-do attitude
