Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and recommend tailored packages to customers based on their needs.
- Address customer inquiries and requests regarding services, products, and their functionalities.
- Handle billing and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Manage customer requests, disputes, and claims with professionalism.
- Redirect calls to the sales team as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Dutch is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Strong motivation to work in Morocco for the long term.
