Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and recommend tailored packages to customers based on their needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and requests regarding services, products, and their functionalities.
  • Handle billing and manage customer accounts efficiently.
  • Manage customer requests, disputes, and claims with professionalism.
  • Redirect calls to the sales team as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficiency in Dutch is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Must have a clean criminal record.
  • Strong motivation to work in Morocco for the long term.
