What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice (and keyboard) that Dutch-speaking customers turn to when they need help. Day-to-day, that means:
- Handling customer questions via phone, email, and chat — professionally and with personality
- Solving product, service, and account-related issues efficiently
- Escalating the tricky stuff to the right people, at the right time
- Representing a global brand in a way that leaves customers genuinely impressed
No experience in customer support? No problem. You'll receive full paid training from day one, everything you need to hit the ground running is included.

- Speak Dutch at a native or near-native level
- Can communicate comfortably in English for internal use
