📌 Your Responsibilities
  • You will support customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • You will answer questions related to banking, payments, cards, investments, and account management.
  • You will provide clear and accurate solutions in line with internal procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • You will analyse and resolve issues such as card-related problems, transactions, app access, or customer data updates.
  • You will escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams whenever necessary.
  • You will ensure high service quality and work according to the defined performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS
  • You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • You have a good level of English.
  • You are customer-oriented, empathetic, and have strong communication skills.
  • You work accurately and follow procedures and quality guidelines carefully.
  • You feel comfortable in a digital environment and can quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • You are solution-oriented and able to handle different types of customer queries in a professional way.
  • You are flexible and available to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday in a 24/7 environment.
OFFER
  • Paid training of 20 working days, 8 hours per day.
  • Full-time contract of 40 hours per week.
  • Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday within a 24/7 schedule.
  • Remote work model at the beginning, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid setup in the future.
  • 22 vacation days per year according to Portuguese labour law.
  • Portuguese public holidays apply, with a compensatory day off if you work on a public holiday.
