Dutch/Flemish Customer Service Advisor - Barcelona

Key Responsibilities 

• Be the first point of contact for customers and provide fast and friendly service. 
• Answer customer inquiries by phone and email, offering tailored solutions. 
• Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of all customer requests. 
• Contribute to a safe and reliable experience for our customers. 

• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written, with a good command of English. 
• Customer-oriented, empathetic, and a strong communicator. 
• Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required. 
• Solution-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and capable of multitasking. 
• Comfortable working with computer systems and software applications. 
• A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required. 

What We Offer 

• Base salary: 

1. €1,600 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract) 
2. Monthly bonus: €200 gross (based on quality and adherence to schedule) 

• Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period
