What will you be doing?

• Provide customer support services via telephone.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, focusing on customers’ needs, offering the best solution.
• Resolve issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experience.
• Some up-selling of products is included but not essential

What you will need:

• English to a C1 level
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, develop and improve.
• The right to live and work in Bulgaria
