English Customer Support (Financial Advisor)

Customer Service Representative provides customer support for our Client’s ( Financial Sector )

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming contacts over email, phone, or live chat
  • Provide a fast, complete and friendly answer aligned
  • Send out follow up emails for the customer when needed
  • Ensure the scripting of the call is added to his ticket
  • Escalate customer’s tickets to the correct internal teams, when needed
  • Excellent communication with local Team Lead to ensure constant feedback loop
REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduates, Gap Year & Dropouts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent English Speakers
  • Flexible With Rotational Shifts
