What you will do:

• Taking care of Customers queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Inform clients about new promotions
• Monitoring the performance of your portfolio of clients and target them to increase the customer satisfaction
• Monitoring day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience
• Support with account, payment or other issues

• Willing to relocate to Limassol: remote is not an option
• Long term commitment - Ready to start on the 12/6
• European passport
• Highly motivated and interested in online gaming
• Available to work on site with rotative shifts
• Good communication skills and professional customer management
• Outgoing: you are not afraid of being in the spotlight
• Proactive
• Fluent english level
• Some experience in Customer relations is an advantage

• base salary € 1500/month
