Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Finance and Risk Executive to support one of our clients. You will investigate and resolve customers’ technical payment queries that occur within the software and provide effective and knowledgeable service and solutions to our teammates and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer queries in a timely manner
• Perform checks on customers and request the relevant compliance documents in accordance with regulatory governing bodies
• Identify any fraudulent activity in relation to document authenticity with internal policies and procedures
• Ensure that any suspicious cases of Money Laundering are escalated to the relevant team
• Liaise with internal departments daily, ensuring that any escalations are dealt with to guarantee the best possible service to our customers
• Dealing with providers through internal channels

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Second Language is a Bonus)
• Experience in iGaming
• Experience with Sumsub or any similar software
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Being a team player with the ability to work closely with other departments internally
• Attention to detail, meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good analytical skills
• Ability to anticipate, prioritise and multitask
• Ability to meet deadlines daily and have good time management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working Hours:

Shift Pattern including evening weekends schedule
